To be a good player you should know what is the do and don’ts in your attire. After all comfortable and safety is what you need.
Firstly, your top should be T-Shirt type or sleeveless, made up from light weight material. The shirt should fit properly and be long enough to tuck in the shorts. Kira cam tak menggelebeh laaa…..
Your shorts must be from the material as your top, jenis yang menyerap peluh. So you will be comfortable all the times. And it comes with elastic waistband, barulah muat-muat and tak jatuh time tengah main…
A BIG NAA-AH
This is the most important part of your attire, SHOES. Jangan mengada nak pakai selipar je time main, fikir SAFETY la bangggg….
There are three types of shoe cut
High-tops
- Keep in mind that the vast majority of players, around 70% choose high-tops for their ability to provide maximum ankle support
- Power players and all-around players usually prefer the stability of this style
Mid-tops
- For players who feel restricted in high-tops, and who use speed as their greatest asset, mid-tops, which come to right at the ankle level, may be the answer
Low-tops
- Only about 10% of players wear low-tops for regular play
- These are lighter, but don't offer the built-in ankle support that high-tops do
p/s: jangan lupa pakai socks / NEVER FORGET YOUR SOCKS
